- We ship our shoes with delivery confirmation, and signature confirmation for all £50+ orders.
- We ship via Royalmail 2nd Class signed for delivery for all orders under £50, unless otherwise noted in the description.
- Any orders containing 3 or more pairs and/or over £150 will be shipped via Parcelforce 48 Hours Delivery.
- All orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days unless otherwise specifically noted, weekends excluded.
- Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery after the specific shipping date.
- For example, item was purchased on January 1st, 2019, shoes will be processed between January 2nd to the 4th, delivery via Royalmail/Parcelforce will happen January 5th - 9th (excluding Sundays)
- Tracking information can be found in your Paypal account under the transaction, Paypal will also send out an email containing tracking information titled "Your Package is on the Way" to you once tracking information is added.

- On any international packages: once all packages leave the United Kingdom they are no longer in the hands of the United Kingdom postal service. It is in the hands of your specific countries postal service. This process can take as mentioned in the shipping section 2-4 weeks.
